These Terms govern your use of the Wallpapers HD: 4K Themes app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
Wallpapers are provided for personal, non‑commercial use as device backgrounds. Images are sourced from third parties and may be subject to their own rights; you are responsible for how you use downloaded images. Do not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of images you did not create.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Unless you purchase "Remove Ads", the App displays advertisements provided by third‑party ad networks. Your interactions with ads are governed by those networks' terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that content will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
